The Benyon Estate comprises some 350 properties all located within the conservation area of De Beauvoir Town, North London. The Estate contains a range of properties including residential, retail, office, studios and industrial.

Pelham undertook all Internal alterations, structural alterations, repositioning of bathrooms and the repositioning of open plan kitchen and living from ground floor to lower ground floor.

Pelham also created a separate combined utility and dining room on lower ground floor, a new WC on the ground floor.

2 bedrooms we relocated onto the ground floor, along with a family bathroom, and a shower room. A master double and a double bedroom were created on the first floor.
