Pelham were introduced to Hemming Group to design the ground floor of their building at Vauxhall Bridge Road.
The client was looking for a full reconfiguration and general space saving to their 4000 sq ft space.
The building was also extremely dated. In order to retain their existing tenants and fit more into the existing footprint of the building this required careful planning.
The ground floor area previously housed a Reception and facilities space only. With clever design, we were able to create a contemporary front of house area, full meeting room suites, a space efficient store and post area, and further rentable office space.
