3 to 11 NELSON STREET was an Edwardian building next door to the Newnham fire brigade in conservation area. It was originally the fireman’s cottages that it was converted to offices in 1970’s and Pelham had being asked to convert back in residential building. We develop a project with 3 maisonettes and 3 flats, approved and build in 6 months.
